Dave's Music

Dave is currently writing songs in his spare time.  His hope is to one day soon be able to create two demo CDs: one of his worship songs and one of his love songs.

Dave's Musical Background:

Dave grew up playing the drums at his home church in Humble, Texas.  In the mid 90's, Dave packed up his drum set and ended up spending the next ten years of his life laboriously honing his skills as a drummer by tapping on his steering wheel at red lights.  Additionally, during this time, he began to practice his vocals in the shower, where he is quoted as saying, "I sounded just like a professional."  With all of this talent bubbling around within him, he waited for the third and final piece of his musical background to click into place: a guitar.  In 2005, Dave's finance, Amber, handed him her old Ventura guitar after listening to him whine about not being able to play a "real" musical instrument.  Before long, Dave was able to play the chord of "G" like a pro.  Shortly thereafter, other musical notes were added to his vast musical repertoire, such as "A" and "D."  Dave's advanced vocal training, along with his old-school drumming experience and his newfound guitarsmanship, gave him the confidence he needed to begin to write his own music and perform in public.
